Marketing agency April5 receives $20,000 grant

Marketing agency April5 has landed a grant for innovation from the government.

The announcement:

April5, an independent and specialised multi-service marketing agency has recently accessed the matched $20,000 Enterprise Connect grant for innovation.

An Australian Government initiative, Enterprise Connect provides businesses with free business consulting expertise and tools to assist in improving productivity, increasing competitiveness and capitalising on growth potential. As a successful creative industry operating for over three years, April5 was eligible for the free business diagnostic report and grant.

April5 is currently going through a substantial expansion phase and the Enterprise Connect grant will be used to help develop and grow the agency further. As Nokia’s preferred agency for trade events and other below the line activity, and with a client portfolio including Stockland Balgowlah, Nature’s Care and Pilot Pens, April5 aims to increase the breadth of work for its existing clients while increasing its business partner base.

“We are delighted to access the Enterprise Connect grant for innovation. This is the icing on the cake for what has been a great year for the agency with a number of new business wins and a dynamic new team on board. The Enterprise Connect grant can only help us continue along this path of growth,” said April5 CEO Alicia Beachley.

“As an experienced business consultant with Enterprise Connect, I work with many creative companies.  I enjoyed working with April5 as a dynamic and energetic organisation in high growth mode. With Alicia, we discussed where April5 is now, where it wants to be and its challenges. Together we developed an agreed action plan and April5 is now accessing the Enterprise Connect grant for innovation to make that plan happen,” said Judith Bennett, April5’s Business Advisor.
