Marketing heavyweight Chris Taylor moving on from Movember

Men’s health charity Movember is set to lose its esteemed chief experience officer.

Chris Taylor has announced “with a mix of sadness and excitement” that he’s finishing up after almost two-and-a-half years.

“Being part of this Mo Bro journey has been an absolute privilege, surrounded by an extraordinary team of fun-loving, motivated individuals like no other,” Taylor wrote in a post on LinkedIn.

“But as the saying goes, change is the only constant, I have the opportunity to embark on a new pathway that draws on my passions, experience and ambition.”

When contacted by Mumbrella, he was tight-lipped on what that new career adventure might entail.

“I can’t really say just yet. I have a few exciting details in the pipeline, but I’m not ready to share the details.”

Taylor’s impressive resume includes major roles at MasterCard, Visa, Woolworths and the Heart Foundation. He sits on the boards of the Australian Marketing Institute of the CMO Club.

“I’ll forever cherish the memories, laughter, and camaraderie we shared while creating a lasting impact on men’s health,” he wrote of his time at Movember.

“To my incredible Mo fam, keep rocking those ‘staches, raising awareness, and making a difference! Together, we’ve shown the world what a bunch of passionate individuals can achieve.”
