Matt Papasavva promoted to managing director of This is Flow

Media agency This is Flow’s CEO Jimmy Hyett has promoted Matt Papasavva to managing director.


Over the past 18 months This is Flow has tripled in size, moved to new offices in North Sydney, and appointed 11 new staff in the last three months alone.

Papasavva joined Flow two years ago as digital lead, following a leap in the agency’s digital offering when all online services were brought inhouse.

Prior to joining the agency, he was digital media manager at Ticketek with responsibility for leading the digital marketing efforts for the majority of sporting clubs and codes across Australia. Before that he was with Mindshare as digital business manager and associate director, FAST Programmatic. He has also worked at MediaCom in digital implementation, planning and investment.

Papasavva is expected to evolve the agency’s Positive Impact positioning, which is designed around harnessing talent, driving innovation, and client experience.

In December 2021 the agency won the Workwear Group, KingGee and Hard Yakka brands.
