Mattel hands Hot Wheels and Monster High brands to Pulse PR
Toy giant Mattel Australia has handed consumer PR and sponsorship activation duties for its Hot Wheels and Monster High brands to Ogilvy PR’s Pulse Communications without a pitch.
The agency has a brief to launch the Monster High franchise in Australia and promote Hot Wheels, a toy car brand, to a broader audience.
Launched in the US last year, Monster High is a ‘scary cute’ brand of books, toys and merchandise targeted at girls.
