M&C Saatchi Group’s Greenhouse Collective welcomes new ECD

M&C Saatchi Group has nabbed former AnalogFolk and 303 MullenLowe talent Richard Morgan as its new executive creative director for Greenhouse Collective.

His appointment aims to further the agency’s commitment to fostering creativity and innovation with the Woolworths Group.

Greenhouse Collective is M&C Saatchi Group’s bespoke model for Woolworths, that aims to put customers at the heart of the brand.

Morgan boasts an impressive work history, having had various creative roles at agencies including AnalogFolk, 303 MullenLowe, DDB Sydney and BMF.

Cam Blackley, chief creative officer at M&C Saatchi Group, said: “Richard is a brilliant hire.

“He is an innate and articulate problem solver who can’t wait to get his teeth into Woolworths brand portfolio and ecosystem. His passion for creativity and his proven track record make him the ideal choice to lead Greenhouse Collective’s creative endeavours.”

In the new role, Morgan will partner with Shelley Parsons, Woolworths Collective executive creative director.

“There’s a real appetite here to level things up and I couldn’t be happier to get stuck in alongside the team to deliver on our creative, digital and business ambitions.”

Morgan is a highly awarded creative, known for his ability to transition between mainstream and digital advertising, as well as his contributions to both integrated brand campaigns and digital initiatives across a spectrum of businesses.
