McCain Foods appoints Cummins & Partners Melbourne to creative account

McCain Foods Australia has appointed Cummins & Partners to its creative account, Mumbrella understands.

The appointment comes after McCain Foods pitched its creative account in May.

Cummins & Partners replaces TBWA Melbourne, who took the account in 2013 after McCain Foods ended its 25 year relationship with Ogilvy.

In May, Kimberlee Wells, CEO of TBWA said: “TBWA Melbourne and McCain have enjoyed an extremely successful relationship.

“We are particularly proud of the game-changing work we collaborated on for Healthy Choice.

“However, we have reached a mutual agreement our partnership is no longer the right fit and will therefore not be participating in the review process.”

McCain’s brands include frozen vegetables, potato and potato chips, pre-made meals and pizza.

Cummins & Partners and McCains have been approached for comment.
