MCN appointed to NRL Club Network

Multi Channel Network has been drafted to oversee the advertising sales for the NRL Club Network. It follows MCN’s other recent appointment to handle sales for children’s pay TV channel KidsCo.   

The announcement:

Multi Channel Network (MCN) today announced representation of NRL Club Network, reinforcing MCN’s position as a one-stop-shop for integrated premium sports advertising solutions.

Formed in 2009, NRL Club Network consists of 18 sites delivering fans the most comprehensive and up-to-date information available in any media format – covering news, video, results, fixtures, player profiles, ticketing and membership.

Acquiring the NRL brief from incumbent agency Sportal, MCN will offer niche and targeted multi channel advertising solutions to the site’s growing audience, which comprises 732,644 unique browsers per month and 6,757,139 page impressions per month.*

Robert Leach, Head of MCN’s digital arm MCN Connect, said the NRL Club Network’s inclusion complements MCN’s existing portfolio of television and online sports properties.

The NRL announcement follows news MCN is also representing the FOXTEL channel and website for international children’s television channel KidsCo – www.kidscotv.tv.
