Medallia appoints country manager

Experience management company Medallia has appointed Heather Paterson as ANZ country manager.

The announcement:

Medallia, the global leader in experience management has appointed Heather Paterson as its new ANZ country manager to drive further growth across Australia and New Zealand.

With a strong sales performance and leadership background, Paterson joins Medallia as ANZ country manager following more than seven years with leading SaaS financial technology provider, Intralinks, where she was most recently director for Asia Pacific and Japan.

Paterson will lead Medallia’s Australia team as it continues to support enterprise organisations in translating customer and employee feedback into actionable insights that help optimise experiences. As Medallia continues to invest across the APAC region, she will also spearhead the launch of ground operations in New Zealand expected over the coming quarters.

“Heather’s results-driven approach, ability to build and manage teams and strong background in financial services technology – an important and growing sector for us – means she’s ideally suited to run our business across Australia and New Zealand,” said Gavin Selkirk, APAC vice president and general manager, Medallia.

“Australia was Medallia’s first office in the region and as it continues to grow, we look forward to building our New Zealand presence which Heather will play an integral role in building,” Selkirk added.
