Sean Seamer, CEO Mediacom Australasia said of the appointment, “We are delighted to have Michelle join our team as head of talent. She is extremely passionate about people and has fantastic experience in transformation, talent development, engagement and recruitment.
“She has a unique energy and experience that will complement our leadership team and drive people initiatives within the business.”
Boyd moving to client service
On the promotion of Boyd, Seamer said: “As a business, we take our clients’ experience with us very seriously and want to ensure that we are relentlessly focused on a high quality day-to-day relationship that adds value to their operations.
“Client service is Nicole’s passion and she strongly believes that developing a clear understanding of a client’s business needs is the key to delivering success in this area.”
