Medium Rare Content adds former News Corp exec Nick Smith
Medium Rare Content Agency has added Nick Smith as group content director, a role that forms part of the executive team.
Smith has more than 20 years’ of experience in publishing. His most recent role was CEO of Buro Global, a digital publishing network, where he was overseeing 12 territories across Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia based out of London.
Earlier in his career he was at News Corp Australia, where he held the role of Prestige & Lifestyle director, responsible for brands as Vogue Australia and GQ Australia.
Nick was also a board member of Medium Rare for three years, supporting the business through its launch stage.
Medium Rare Content managing director, Gerry Reynolds, said: “As a previous board member, Nick understands Medium Rare’s business and has enjoyed a good working relationship with its co-founders, Sally Wright and myself. He has set up and run a global business. And he has proven experience leading high-performance teams.”
Medium Rare works with brands such as Bunnings, Chartered Accountants ANZ, Coles, David Jones, Foxtel, Officeworks, Qantas, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Vintage Cellars.
