A major WPP investor has raised the thorny issue of Sir Martin Sorrell’s successor, accusing the company’s board of a lack of transparency and calling for clarity on the process within a year.

Guy Jubb, head of governance and stewardship at Standard Life Investments, said that WPP’s “Sorrellcentricity” has created a perception among investors that its chief executive “dominates” board decisions.

FCB Worldwide has hired Leo Burnett’s Susan Credle as its new global chief creative officer.

Credle, who is Leo Burnett’s US chief creative officer, will join FCB in January 2016. She will replace Jonathan Harries, who has been FCB’s global chief creative officer since 2006.

Mumbrella Asia: Leo Burnett makes art out of cancer patients’ hair in campaign for Chulabhorn Hospital

Advertising agency Leo Burnett has made visual images out of the fallen hair of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in a campaign for Chulabhorn Hospital in Thailand.

The lost hair was melted into liquid form and then used in paint by artists who crafted art pieces out of the wishes of cancer victims, according to a case study video uploaded by the agency yesterday.
