The session will see the four speakers reveal the opportunities they believe COVID-19 has opened for financial institutions, and discuss how now can be the time to increase consumer trust in the industry.

The Mumbrella Finance Marketing Virtual Summit has also expanded to include a number of additional bonus sessions to be streamed on September 24 exclusively on Mumbrella Pro. All delegates as well as Mumbrella Pro subscribers will have complimentary access to the sessions.

Sarah Bateson, general manager of marketing at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, will use the session to discuss the processes that lead to the overhaul of Bendigo Bank’s visual identities and messaging, as well as managing the launch timeline just as the COVID-19 crisis hit Australia.

Meanwhile, KPMG’s Sudeep Gohil, Carmen Bekker and Benjamin Kilpatrick will co-present a session that examines the new type of financial customer.

In exploring how to take advantage of change, the trio will share KPMG’s global research findings on how today’s market behaves differently and how its expectations and value systems have shifted.
