Mumbrella to run gamification masterclass

Mumbrella is to hold a gamification masterclass in our final training event of 2013.

The masterclass is being led by media agency PHD Worldwide’s strategy director Chris Stephenson, whose session on gamification at this year’s Mumbrella360 was one of the highest scoring in delegate feedback.

The half day workshop, taking place in Sydney on the morning of Tuesday December 3, will explore how to apply the principles of gamification to brands, business and projects. The course is aimed at marketers looking at new ways of engaging customers, agency planners who are briefing on new projects with a technology component, or those who want to build their practical knowledge of gamification.

Last year PHD introduced global planning system Source for all staff, based on gamification.

Cardwell’s 3rd Sense describes itself as a play agency, creating games and other playful content for brands. The company is one of Auastralia’s best known local specialists in gamification.

Raftopoulos is a partner in Enterprice Gamification Consultancy and owner and director of Strategic|Games|Lab. Last year she curated Gamification Summit Australia.

Tickets are priced at just $249 and can be booked via this link.

As part of their attendance fee, delegates to the gamification masterclass will be first in Australia to receive a copy of PHD Worldwide’s forthcoming book on gamification, Game Change. Game Change takes a look at the history and development of the concept of gamification, and how it’s being used by brands around the world – including PHD.
