Margie Amarfio, general manager marketing, Collingwood Football Club – Armarfio has worked for big brands all her career including McDonald’s, where she was a field marketing consultant, marketing manager for the Fox Footy channel, and has spent the last six years with Collingwood Football Club, the most supported sports team in the country, which has recently created its own TV studio, and lsat season gained a record number of members.

Kevin Ramsdale, General Manager – Consumer Marketing at National Australia Bank – Ramsdale started his career with Ford Australia where he rose to be national marketing manager, before moving on to Bupa as head of marketing. He has spent more than three years with NAB in a variety of marketing roles, including acting chief marketing officer.

Geraldine Davys, Marketing Director, iSelect – Davys started her 20-year career at Lend Lease and has spent three years with Westpac, including 18 months as associate director of marketing for the institutional bank. She then had a nine year stint with Telstra brand Sensis, where she ended up as group manager for brand and digital marketing communications, before moving to iSelect.

Chelsea Wymer, national trade marketing director, Fairfax Media – Wymer has been a group account director for Singleton Ogilvy & Mather, and moved into marketing in 2009 as head of marketing for Freeview, before taking a job promoting Fairfax to the industry and last year landed the PANPA Marketer of the Year award.

Andrew Woodward, former director of marketing for Gold Cost 2018 – Woodward has held a number of high-profile jobs in marketing disciplines, including director of media for the NSW government, chief of staff for the press team at the Sydney Olympics, director of corporate affairs at Tourism Australia, two years as Vice President of corporate communications for Visa Global and USA and most recently general manager of marketing for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Terry Reader, general manager of marketing, Brisbane Broncos – reader has been with the Brisbane Broncos for 11 years, starting there as sponsorship manager in 2003 and holding the role of commercial operations manager before taking on the top marketing role for the prestigious club in 2009.

Colin Bowman, executive general manager marketing, Flight Centre – Bowman started his career as a consultant with Andersen Consulting and then PWC, and became executive manager, marketing, for Flight Centre in 2003, where he has driven the business’ marketing both online and offline in the rapidly changing world of tourism and travel.

Dee Curtis, marketing manager, Nova 106.9 – Curtis has an extensive career in media marketing, including stints as promotions manager for C91.3FM for WIN Corporation, five years as integration manager for DMG Radio Australia and is currently the integration and marketing director and assistant programming director at Nova.

Damian Eales, group executive, marketing at News Corp – Eales has held some of the most high profile marketing jobs in the country, leading the marketing push for retailer David Jones for five years before moving to be head of marketing for Westpac, and most recently being appointed as head of marketing for News Corp, where he has been instrumental in getting the EMMA readership metric launched.

John Batistich, marketing director, Westfield – Batistich has worked at some of Australia’s top brands, including Lion, Kimberley- Clark as assistant marketing manager, then as regional marketing director and managing director for Wrigley, and for the last six years has led the marketing efforts for Westfield, driving both the online and offline marketing efforts.

Lewis Pullen, head of marketing, NRL – Pullen had an extensive career in airline marketing, working for British Airways, Air New Zealand and most recently at Qantas where he was executive manager of marketing for more than three years, where he helped grow the FrequentFlyer loyalty program, and is now head of marketing, digital and content for the National Rugby League, the sport’s governing body.

Anna Reid, marketing director, Sydney Opera House – Before joining the Opera House in October last year Reid spent five years in senior positions with Pacific Brands, latterly as GM marketing for The Workwear Group, and a decade with British Petroleum (BP) where she started her career.
