Seven’s My Kitchen Rules has won entertainment on Wednesday night, beating The Block on Nine. But it was Ten’s Thank God You’re Here that topped the key demos again.

My Kitchen Rules

The Chase on Seven also brought in close to half a million metro viewers, while Home and Away aired to 428,000.
