My Kitchen Rules cooks The Block for Seven

My Kitchen Rules managed to pull more metro viewers than The Block on an otherwise unsurprising Tuesday night of television.

Seven won the night overall, with 32% of viewers, thanks to the aforementioned My Kitchen Rules, plus perennials like Home and Away, The Chase, and its news coverage.

Nine pulled big audiences with A Current Affair (664,000 over the five capital cities) and The Block (559,000), commanding 27.7% of the total audience.

The Cheap Seats was the brightest spot in Ten’s night, drawing 330,000 viewers, while the evening news/7.30/Kitchen Cabinet combo did well for ABC, with the latter two just sitting outside the top ten.
