New look for radio industry website

Commercial Radio Australia has launched a new-look website.

The announcement:

CRA website Radio ratings survey information, the latest research on why people listen to radio and what’s happening with the Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs) this year, will all be much easier to find from today, with the launch of a new website by radio industry body, Commercial Radio Australia (CRA).

The industry website has undergone a complete redesign, focusing on providing members, agencies, media and all stakeholders with an easy to navigate design that is clean, uncluttered and provides easy access to information and resources.

The site is more graphic based and showcases the commercial radio industry’s wealth of on-air talent from around Australia with images of radio personalities that will be featured on a rotating basis to represent key talent from all networks.

The home page includes quick links to Commercial Radio Australia’s other websites such as the radio ad competition Sirens, radio case study hub Radio Connects, unsigned artist imitative First Break, the Digital Radio Plus website and sites for both the annual National Radio Conference and the ACRAs.

The new website also contains direct links to CRA social media and up-to-date information in the CRA member area. Members can access new sections that provide access to the latest human resources and training tools, plus trade practices and legal and regulatory information.

Commercial Radio Australia chief executive officer, Joan Warner said: “There is a wealth of information available on radio and the new website ensures members, agencies, sales staff and potential radio advertising clients can find information on the effectiveness of radio advertising from a single source.”
