Nickelodeon and MTV launch online travel marketplaces with Travlr

MTV Australia and Nickelodeon have today both launched new online travel marketplaces.

In partnership with Travlr, MTV has launched MTVTravel.com – which provides exclusive access to MTV’s events, hundreds of mix and match flights, hotels, activities and curated travel itineraries, all designed specifically for the youth market.

Powered by Travlr technology, MTVTravel.com will allow teen and young adult travellers to discover, plan and book travel experiences all via one platform. Its itineraries will be centred on the key pillars of music, culture, food and fashion based on key audience insights, interests and budgets.

As part of the Viacom CBS partnership with MTV Travel, Travlr has also partnered with kids and family brand Nickelodeon to launch NickTravel.com and in 2020, and Ten on 10Travlr.com.au.

Nickelodeon Travel provides parents with travel information and enables families to explore tailored holiday recommendations across Australia and New Zealand all in the one place. The site also provides access to exclusive and best value offers, as well as where to find specific family add-ons such as complimentary kids club and nanny services.

Travlr is a technology provider has attracted brands, including partnerships with Ten (10Travlr.com.au), Stuff.co.nz, (Stuff Travel), BBC Global News (DiscoverBeyond.com).and now MTV (MTVTravel.com) and Nickelodeon (NickTravel.com).

Travlr offers a platform with a full-service concierge team, flexible booking options and a Buy Now Pay Later functionality.

In October, Travlr tapped Catalano’s ACM for capital raising as it signs new deal with BBC. Earlier this month, the platform appointed Michelle Guthrie as its new chair.
