Nine bolsters Olympics leadership team with new sales, content hires

Nine has further bolstered its sport and Olympics leadership team with Anne Gruber and Matt Hair taking top content partnerships and sales roles at the network.

Gruber was named director of content partnerships for sport, Olympic and Paralympic games, where she will lead Nine’s sport content partnerships arm across all marquee sport assets including rugby league, tennis, rugby, cricket, golf and the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Hair was appointed director of sales for Sydney Sport and Rugby League, expanding his remit from Nine’s sport proposition in the Sydney market to also include additional responsibility for rugby league assets across Nine.

Gruber and Hair will report to Nune director of sales for sport, Olympic and Paralympic Games Matthew Granger.

“Both these promotions are reflective of the depth of talent within our business here at Nine, they represent a critical investment in growing Nine’s mega sport marketing platform,” Granger said.

“Anne Gruber over the last eight and a half years has played an integral leadership role in the development and delivery of Nine’s sport content and integrated solutions for brands, which have included internationally awarded and market leading contextual content solutions.
