Nine News to broadcast live weekly bulletin on ninemsn
The Nine Network’s news brand will extend to the web with a live weekly program to broadcast over ninemsn.
The #9StreamLIVE program will be hosted by Rob McKnight every Tuesday and focus on the social media audience and take instant feedback.
“We’ll speak to the people making news and go beyond the headline to get the story behind the story,” McKnight said in a statement.
“While an interview is in progress, we’ll be able to bring up questions posted by viewers on Twitter and Facebook instantaneously and build that into the webcast.”
The program starts on January 29 at 7.30pm eastern.
