Nine restructures streaming and broadcasting leadership team
Nine has formalised the leadership team and structure for its recently created streaming and broadcasting division, bringing broadcast TV, Stan, and Nine Radio together under Amanda Laing.
The changes have cleaned up loose ends from Stan’s days as a separate entity and also removed the words ‘television’ and ‘TV’ entirely.
In January, Nine reset its operating model, splitting into three consumer-focused divisions: streaming and broadcast; publishing; and marketplaces – which includes Drive and Domain.
Former Foxtel executive Amanda Laing was brought in to head up the streaming and broadcast division, which wrapped together Stan, 9Now, broadcast TV, and radio. Today, a number of operational changes have been implemented.
