Travel Guides is proving Aussies are itching to go on holidays

Nine has taken the final Tuesday of the 2023 ratings season, with Travel Guides proving that Aussies are itching to get away this coming summer.

The combination of Travel Guides, which drew 645,000 metro viewers, and A Current Affair (637,000) has seen Nine take 30.7% of the audience share, ahead of Seven’s 24.7%, which was anchored by the usual suspects (nightly news, The Chase, Home and Away), as well as a strong showing for the double-shot of Highway Patrol, which drew 3331,000 and 314,000 viewers.

The grand finale of Dessert Masters pulled audiences over on Ten, with 556,000 tuning in to find out who won the series. Ten secured 19.3% of the audience, pulling ahead of ABC’s 16.9%, which was helped along by 7:30, as well as Celeste Barber vehicle The Way We Wore.
