NRL executive producer named ASTRA TV Professional of the Year

Fox Sports producer Ben Jones has been named the ASTRA TV Professional of the Year at the ASTRA Industry Awards celebrating the behind-the-scenes talent in subscription TV.

Ben Jones and Foxtel boss Peter TonaghJones was joined in being honoured by Ellen Dedes-Vallas, a junior producer at Nickelodeon, who was named Rising Star of the Year, and Lisa Fredrickson from Foxtel Premium Entertainment Channels who won Creative Professional of the Year.

Other winners on the night included Comedy Central for Most Outstanding Public Relations Campaign for its launch of Comedy Central Australia, FX for the Most Outstanding Campaign under $50,000 for the launch of Walking Dead season six.
