OA Collective announces Melbourne sales team hires

OA Collective’s Melbourne sales team has grown with the additions of Jack Rudich and Lucy Pound as senior agency sales manager and agency sales manager, respectively.

The announcement:

OA Collective, Australia’s fastest-growing OOH media company, is expanding its Melbourne sales team to meet the rising demand for its newly acquired large-format sites and small-format digital networks, as well as growing support from media buying agencies.

To strengthen its Southern States sales team, OA Collective has appointed Jack Rudich as senior agency sales manager and Lucy Pound as agency sales manager.

OA Collective has created a transformative model that empowers independent OOH owners by consolidating them under one roof. This innovative approach simplifies the process for advertisers, providing easy access to premium assets through a single point of contact and contract. Additionally, it supports Australian-owned small businesses, ensuring that advertising investments remain within the local economy.

OA Collective, co-founder Grant Kirkby says, “The Southern region was identified as a critical growth market for our business, and by adding two accomplished sales professionals in this market, we are taking another important step in our next phase of growth.”

“We appointed Ashleah Harding to lead the team in May this year, which was a pivotal moment as she continues to champion independence in the out-of-home sector, and lead our sales efforts across the southern states.”

Jack Rudich joins the team from QMS, where he was awarded Salesperson of the Year (Agency) in 2023, showcasing his drive and respect among peers. He understands the strategic opportunities OA Collective is beginning to unleash with its powerful network of premium digital inventory that it now offers to agencies and advertisers. These include the brand-new curved landmark digital supersite screen on Brunswick St, Fortitude Valley, supersites on Nepean Hwy, Brighton East, Eastland, and a double-sided digital billboard on Princes Hwy, Dandenong. All of this in addition to the recently launched digital screen network in residential towers, Habitat Channel.

Lucy Pound joins with broad sales experience having worked at WIN TV and JC Decaux. Her diverse skill set and relationships are crucial in supporting the agility and operational needs of this fast-growing business.

Ashleah Harding, agency sales director (southern states), OA Collective adds, “I am so excited to have the young and hungry talent of Jack and Lucy joining the Southern States team. They bring a sense of passion that is critical as we continue to grow and unlock new opportunities for independent OOH owners through a collaborative network that offers large-scale advertising solutions.”
