OMA announces APN’s Andrew Hines and Torch Media’s Kirsty Dollisson as board directors

The Outdoor Media Association has appointed two new Board members – Andrew Hines, chief operating officer at APN Outdoor, and Kirsty Dollisson, managing director at TorchMedia.
