Ooh Media digitises three key large format assets

Ooh Media has announced it has boosted its national presence on the Gold Coast, in regional Victoria, and in Adelaide, by digitising three strategic large-format assets.

As part of its ongoing capital investment program, the latest upgrades continue to expand Ooh’s ability to reach audiences at significant scale.

Ooh’s premium large format site on the Gold Coast

Ooh’s premium site in Bundall on the Gold Coast targets affluent locals and visitors, and allows brands to reach audiences visiting local businesses, Pacific Fair, plus commuters and travellers on their way to Surfers Paradise.

Ooh says the conversion will complement high-profile retail assets at Pacific Fair, plus signage on the Pacific Motorway, Gold Coast Highway and Bundall Road, as well as in the heart of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise.

Meanwhile, the second upgrade has taken place in Wodonga, Victoria, taking Ooh’s regional out of home presence to 47 digital billboards.

It is the only digital out of home billboard in the city, and aims to give brands a unique opportunity to hit local audiences and travellers, having long viewing times from the Hume Freeway, heading towards Wodonga’s CBD.

The final site is above the Britannia Hotel in Norwood, Adelaide. The billboard reaches affluent CBD and eastern suburbs audiences, and is part of the Ooh Signature Series of landmark assets.

Ooh Media chief commercial and operations officer, Noel Cook, said: ‘These digital conversions allow us to offer more opportunities to advertisers at prime locations in key markets, from metro to regional areas.

“We have an extensive regional presence and will continue to develop our offering across the country.

Cook added; “In addition to our capital investment, our participation as the only Out of Home partner in the Boomtown initiative, which promotes opportunities for brands to reach the 8.8 million Australians living in regional areas, underscores the value we see in regional markets well into the future.

“When combined, our metro and regional assets can deliver unrivalled national scale, backed by data insights that enable us to offer advertisers a detailed understanding of audiences wherever they are in the country.”
