Ozgirl joins Fairfax Digital
Web series OzGirl will be hosted on Fairfax Digital from Monday 25 July.
The 23-episode serieswill be distributed across The Age, Sydney Morning Herald and Brisbane Times Online websites.
Prior to this, the series was originally distributed on in-flight entertainment for Virgin Australia, on Apple iTunes, Microsoft Zune, TiVo and KoldCast TV.
OzGirl stars Sophie Tilson (Neighbours) as Sadie Brown who moves from country Victoria to Melbourne with her former child-star cousin. Done in a documentary style, directed by Nicholas Carlton and the team won Best Web Series and Best Acting at the 4th International Television Festival in Los Angeles, Best Foreign Series at the 2nd Streamy Awards and was an Official Honoree at the 14th Webby Awards in the Drama category.
Season 2 is represented by branded content distributor RedLever.
