PacMags and SBS announce new food magazine Feast

Feast is the name given to a new monthly newsstand magazine by Pacific Magazines and SBS which will focus on the history and tradition of food as well as the recipes.  

PacMags editorial director Alix Clark will be editor of the new title which launches in Spring of this year.

Feast publisher Georgina Brujic said the title, along with its tag line “Experiencing life through food”, was chosen for its ability to speak to the reader and entice them to pick the magazine up off the shelf.

Sharon Ramsay-Luck SBS national manager, consumer publishing and brand extensions,  said: “By its definition a feast is an event that is cross cultural and not limited by nationality, ethnicity or geography. Celebrating food is a strong tradition that bonds in any culture, including the more than 250 cultures we have in Australia.”
