The wins will help the agency idealise its plan to establish a Melbourne base, especially after the number of enquiries from down south has increased, according to the agency’s chief and managing director, Zeina Khodr.

“We are building a strong foothold in the UK market, but the amount of interest coming from enquiries in the Melbourne market has been growing steadily over the year, making the establishment of our Melbourne team a priority,” Khodr said.
The latest additions to Paper + Spark’s client roster are expecting to allow the agency to showcase the full scale and capabilities of its services, particularly in the healthcare sector.
“We secured the CareChoice business due to our background in complex healthcare campaign initiatives and our comprehensive full-service agency offering,” shared Paul Everson, Paper + Spark’s director.
“This gives us a deep understanding of their multifaceted business requirements.
“We’ve successfully completed the initial phase of our collaboration which includes full marketing funnel operations from brand strategy to performance marketing across paid, owned and earned.
“Our healthcare portfolio has taken centre stage over the past few years and our work on technology-focused solutions in complex health-focused advertising campaigns helped position our offering to showcase to clients like CareChoice what we can achieve.”
The agency also boasts a partnership with a healthtech platform that has resulted in additional success in the industry.
“Patient engagement is a top priority for those in our healthcare business,” Khodr said.
“Our ability to connect people to the right healthcare providers through our partnership with this unique healthtech platform, which tailors each individual’s experience, has delivered powerful results across key campaigns, exceeding KPIs and providing efficient ROI for our clients.”
The comms agency’s latest announcement comes five months after its healthcare team grew with new hires.
