Peter Bray quits The Brand Shop for Pareto

Peter Bray Brand ShopPeter Bray has departed STW agency The Brand Shop to become CEO of Pareto Fundraising, an agency focused on the not-for-profit sector.

Bray, who became CEO of The Brand Shop in 2009, said: “When the opportunity came along to lead Australia’s best agency dedicated to the not for profit sector, it was something I couldn’t say no to. Amazing clients that make a real, positive difference to the world and a strong, united team is an incredibly attractive combination, while the not for profit sector is an area that I have always been involved with and am passionate about.”

He added: “I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Brand Shop. Having the opportunity to lead the team to a successful year in 2010 was very rewarding, and I will miss all the staff and clients.”

Bray is is also a director of consumer advocacy group Choice and national VP of the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association.

Pareto Fundraising’s clients include Amnesty International, The Heart Foundation and WWF.

Iain Good, MD of The Brand Shop said: “We are extremely happy for Peter and wish him all the very best in his new role which really plays to his strengths.  We have some ambitious new plans that involve The Brand Shop which we will announce in the near future.”
