PHD promotes Lucy Formosa Morgan to chief investment and commercial officer

Media agency PHD has promoted Lucy Formosa Morgan to the role of chief investment and commercial officer.

Morgan was previously the chief investment officer at PHD. She will continue in this role while adding commercial to her remit.

Morgan’s new role commences on January 1

Mark Coad, CEO at PHD, said in a statement: “Since joining PHD, Lucy has formed into the best trading lead in the market and has never missed a key deliverable across the business. Her commercial acumen has helped this business immensely, and this promotion is a great recognition of this achievement.”

Morgan added: “PHD has undergone an enormous transformation, particularly in the last four years, bringing on a wealth of new clients and great talent. I am incredibly proud to of been part of this journey and I am excited about helping to lead PHD through to the next level.”

Her appointment will be effective as of January 1.
