PHD’s Brittany Crowley joins UM

Media agency UM has nabbed PHD’s Brittany Crowley to take on the role of head of investment, Sydney.

Reporting to UM Sydney’s managing director, Ben McCallum, Crowley will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s investment strategies across all media and integrated partnerships. She will also join UM’s national senior leadership team.

Crowley will be expected to foster innovation for clients, leveraging her relationships across clients, partners and publishers, to enable UM to drive sustainable client growth.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Anathea, Ben, and the wider UM team to push boundaries and give rise to meaningful change for clients, teams and agency,” she said of her appointment.

Crowley joins UM after seven years at PHD, where she was a group account director, then co-head of investment. Prior to that, she spent time at Mediacom, and Bohemia Group.

Her appointment is effective September 2024.
