Porter Novelli Sydney picks up Panasonic
PR agency Porter Novelli Sydney has been appointed as Panasonic Australia’s retained public relations agency starting midway through next month.
Steve Rust, Panasonic’s managing director, said: “Porter Novelli offer a wide range of PR services covering traditional media, new digital media and influencer programs.”
The agency won the business following a four-way competitive pitch, and will commence managing the Panasonic account from July 15. The account was previously held by Blackie McDonald.
Blackie McDonald did a lot of great work on this account and, from a journo’s perspective, its team was a pleasure to work with.
