PRIA announces The Golden Target Awards 2021

The Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA) has announced the Golden Target Awards 2021.

The announcement:

The Public Relations Institute of Australia is pleased to announce the latest edition of Australia’s longest running PR and communications industry showcase, the PRIA Golden Target Awards for 2021.

Now in its 46th year, the Golden Target Awards are an annual celebration of the industry’s leading strategic and creative thinking, executional excellence, and the high-achieving people, teams and agencies across the nation who have transformed businesses, brands and reputations.

Having proudly represented the communications industry for the last 72 years, the PRIA will recognise this year’s outstanding talent with a unified national focus of Bronze, Silver and Gold trophies up for grabs across campaign, individual, team and agency sectors.

Two special awards will also be bestowed by judges from the pool of Gold trophy winners: Excellence in Measurement and Evaluation and the esteemed Platinum trophy for the year’s most outstanding campaign – the pinnacle of success.

“The Golden Target Awards are our industry’s longest running awards program – we expect the calibre of entries will be outstanding again this year, and look forward to honouring the winners for our 46th year”, says PRIA CEO Louise Harland-Cox.

PRIA National President, Leigh McClusky added, “The past 12 months have been extraordinary, with the work of our industry critical for brands, government and consumers adapting to the new landscape. The awards honour the best in our industry, and the standard of work is exciting this year”.

Submissions are now open with the deadline for early-bird entries available until 6pm Friday 2 July with final submissions due by 6pm Friday 30 July.
