Prime Creative Media acquires Mohi Media, including staff, newsletters and awards

Business-to-business publisher Prime Creative Media has announced it has acquired Mohi Media, the publishers of Australian Bulk Handling Review and Rail Express.

The acquisition will see the titles join Prime’s industrial publishing portfolio which covers sectors including road transport, manufacturing, engineering and education.

The full acquisition, which takes effect on July 2, will include Mohi Media’s staff as well as its newsletters, directories and awards programs.

Mohi Media acquired Australian Bulk Handling Review from Informa in February last year.
