Raine & Horne launches ‘you’re a winner’ campaign featuring excitable ampersand

Property group Raine & Horne has launched an advertising campaign offering homeowners the chance to win prizes by listing their property exclusively with the company.

The campaign, branded “You’re a Winner” and created by Muscle Marketing, will run across TV, print and digital and be supported by local area marketing including promotional window cards and digital displays in Raine & Horne offices.

The prizes up for grabs are illustrated by an excitable ampersand who gets hit by a car before bouncing along a red carpet.

It follows Raine & Horne’s Ducks In A Row consumer campaign which ran earlier this year.

“With the ‘You’re a Winner’ campaign we have a number of related objectives, including increasing the number and rate of listings, attracting quality exclusive listings, creating opportunities to engage with potential vendors and converting appraisals into listings. Finally, we want to inject a little fun into the process of selling property,” Raine & Horne chief executive Angus Raine said.

The competition is open to vendors who list their properties for sale with Raine & Horne in NSW, ACT, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory by November 31, 2014.

Prizes include a Mercedes-Benz A-Class A250 Sport and a 10-day trip for two to Hollywood with $1,000 spending money.
