The third instalment of Pure Blonde’s Brewtopia series of ads has been launched online.

The latest ad, from Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, sees an intrepid duo trek to Brewtopia, only to bring down the paradise thanks to their oafish ways.
wow. didn’t now you have so much crap crammed into 90 sec. good cramming i guess.
didn’t know. i know.
awesome spelling from me also. too many beers last night.
nice..i like it…not as memorable as the original but i like where the storytelling is with this brand
I’m impressed at that artistry that has managed to produce an ad that is as earth-shatteringly terrible as the beer it is failing to promote.
Oh dear
I went to a nice bar a few months back where the bartender gives you a jelly bean every time you order a pure blonde…never drunk one since
oh yeah nice ad but still can’t get past the jelly bean incident to be seen drinking it in public again
“shot over five days in Slovenia” – well played Clemenger, well played
How do you go from the brilliance of Dove Love to this? Even the creative’s that penned this must be disappointed.
Wow…33 people in the credits
Well played indeed! Would love to go there.
As for the beer, not sure how it became “cool” to drink Pure Blonde or other low carb beers. I know Pure Blonde isn’t doing as well since every other brand has come out with a low card beer, but they’re not cool and taste like crap.
If you’re drinking beer and trying to keep in shape, you’re not doing it right.
Robert Coleman. One of the great Account Managers.
Congratulations to everyone involved. But mostly Robbie.
Huh? He tore her dress off? Surely you’d reach for the two beers she was holding on the silver platter first?
After all, they have two low-carb beers, a sleeping mat and a roll of toilet paper in a plastic shopping bag, and they’re on the top of a narrow tower of rock a few hundred metres high.
By this time tomorrow, they’re going to wish they’d climbed to the top of a high-carb beer mountain instead.
@alan- that would be a Fosters ad then though wouldn’t it?
@arry I was thinking Carlton Draught, but yes, I suppose you’re right.
IMO, good concept but poorly executed. The original TVC is still the best
Self indulgent, cliche, a massive credit list and shot in Europe – did I timewarp back to 1995 or something?
I think it’s rather good.
Keeps with their original concept, but it just goes to show that a better idea like Dove Love doesn’t need an earth shattering budget to perform.
I’d forgotten the Dove Love ad, Dave – that was easily the best of the Pure Blonde ads.
90 secs of rubbish if you ask me
