The announcement:

Q Advertising appoints Sarah Davis as new General Manager

One of Queensland’s leading advertising agencies Q Advertising has appointed Sarah Davis to the position of General Manager.

Q Advertising Director Roger Delaney said the appointment was an important announcement for the business as it seeks to grow its market share across Australia.

“Sarah is highly regarded both internally and amongst our clients in her role as a senior account director and since joining us four years ago she’s played an important role in developing our research capabilities along with improving our internal systems and staff training.

“Sarah has a strong desire to develop her leadership skills so we’ve actively supported her in her MBA at the University of the Sunshine Coast and over the past eighteen months we’ve really seen her grow and help set the future direction of the business.

“It’s exciting for us to have a such a dynamic young professional in such an important leadership position in our business, particularly someone like Sarah who is a long term local and a graduate of our local university,” Roger said.

Q Advertising was established in 2011 by Roger Delaney, Trevor Larkins, Rick Chapman and Rob Gamble and over the past nine years the business has grown to employ 13 staff members who operate from its Maroochydore office.

“Our main focus continues to be a media buying agency and over the years we’ve added new in-house business streams including QAPR, an Auto specific agency and more recently our digital marketing arm Sunny Digital.

“Offering services such as media buying, public relations and digital marketing under the one roof has been an important part of our growth strategy as clients no longer need to go to external agencies to engage these services.

“We’ve been fortunate to secure a number of great clients over the years including a number of national and international businesses such as GJ Gardner Homes, Jetts Fitness, Yamaha, Transitions lenses as well as local firms such as Travis Schultz Law, Big Kart Track, Aussie World, Vantage Homes and Parkridge Noosa,” Roger added.
