R/GA nabs new CTO from Deloitte Digital
A former Deloitte Digital national head has been pinched by R/GA to take on the role of chief technology officer across APAC.
Guill Rodas joins the agency after three-and-a-half years with Deloitte, where he was director and national head of front-end engineering. There, he worked with brands including Mecca, Toyota, and NAB
He has over 15 years of experience overall in tech leadership, including senior roles at Isobar and Versa, where he specialised in digital transformation, AI implementation, and emerging tech integration.

Rodas’ appointment marks one of the agency’s first major moves since re-establishing independence last month.
After 23 years as part of IPG, the agency returned to being a privately owned company through a new partnership between its global management and private equity firm Truelink Capital. Global CEO, Robin Forbes, and global CCO, Tiffany Rolfe, were among those investing in the company as part of the deal.
In his new role, Rodas will unify R/GA’s tech practice across Australia, Southeast Asia, and North Asia, creating a new model for tech-enabled innovation.
According to a media release sent on Wednesday, Rodas is known for “building high-performing engineering teams through transparent communication and strategic mentorship”.
“R/GA has always been at the forefront of combining creativity and technology to drive impact,” Rodas said in the release.
“I’m excited to carry that forward, creating a more connected, future-ready technology practice that empowers our teams and clients across the region.”
Rodas will be supported by R/GA’s global chief technology officer, Nick Coronges, to lead the development of an AI technology offering across the APAC region. He will also work closely with Ben Miles, APAC chief design officer, to shape brand experiences.
“Guill will be a crucial leader as we chart this course in APAC and across the R/GA network,” Coronges said in the release.
