Radio ratings: Nova takes the lead in Brisbane
Nova has taken the top spot in the ratings in Brisbane with 13.3 per cent of the market compared with 97.3FM which had 12.9 per cent.
Radio station B105 had the largest fall in audience dropping 1.6 per cent this survey to a 9.9 per cent share. Triple M was at 10.3 per cent.
Nova performed well overall growing 0.8 per cent share overall and seeing spikes in all in major day time shifts. In Breakfast the ABC maintains the lead in Brisbane with 13.1 per cent with Nova close behind with 12.9 per cent.
In talkback radio station 4BC was up 0.8 to 7.3 per cent.
Where’s the missing 11.5% of listeners? You are only missing one Station I can think of and that’s 96Five. So why not show their share?? you only show 88.5%. What are you hiding??

@ Dan Barret Conspiracy for sure:: So is News Radio @ 1% bigger than all the none mentioned station shares? I reckon that 96.5, River and ZZZ all have bigger shares for a start. So why not show anyone over a 1% share to be truly fair? Or is the a conspiracy? Fair would be show the top 12 stations by share.

If TV were to list share across the stations and they didn’t add up 100% we would have every media on our backs…. Radio get your act together. How about ranking by share the top 10 or 15 stations or at least alphabetically.

As I understand it, only the stations that pay to be part of the survey show up in the figures. Regrettably, all the community stations miss out.
