Rate My Agent names new head of marketing and head of sales
Rate My Agent, a real estate review and ratings platform, has appointed Emma Nguyen as head of marketing and Stephen Watson as head of sales.
Nguyen joins from video training platform Typsy, where she was head of marketing, while Watson was previously national sales manager at Excel Australasia.

The appointments are designed to support Rate My Agent’s international expansion, namely in the US and Canadian markets.
“As we’re in the midst of our US expansion, these roles are fundamental in maximising market opportunities and increasing brand trust and recognition both overseas and in Australia,” said CEO Mark Armstrong.
“We’ve been on the hunt for a few months for the right people and we couldn’t be more excited to work with Emma and Stephen. We hope to see them become integral parts of the Rate My Agent team and help shape the business well into the future.”
Also on the cards for Rate My Agent’s expansion are Asia and New Zealand.
Nguyen will report to chief operating officer Michael Davey, and be responsible for building and leading the marketing team and its operations. She has previously led marketing operations across the Asia-Pacific, European, UAE, and North American markets.
As head of sales, Watson will also work closely with the executive team.
