Reactive wins Origin

Energy company Origin has appointed digital agency Reactive to work on its digital strategy.     

The announcement:

Global digital agency, Reactive has been appointed by Origin’s digital team to develop and help implement its new digital strategy and also to develop new web creative for the utilities company’s customer facing website to help it to improve Customer Service, Sales and Support online.

Origin is a top 50 ASX listed company involved in gas and oil exploration and production, power generation and energy retailing. With a 140-year history and with almost 4000 employees in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, Origin has become a very successful Australian utilities company. It has more than three million customer accounts in Australia and the Pacific and more than 105,000 shareholders.

Following a successful engagement consulting with Origin’s digital team to help define a more customer-focused role for the Origin website and digital channels, Reactive has now been retained by Origin for on-going strategic support and digital creative development.

While Origin’s existing digital platforms have consistently performed well in user testing and industry benchmarks, Origin is committed to improving online customer service, sales and support. According to Origin’s digital team, they chose Reactive to help them achieve this because of the digital agency’s customer focus and strategic approach to online service delivery.
