Red Engine SCC wins social media and content for Princess Cruises
Red Engine SCC has been appointed to the social media and content account for Princess Cruises in Australia and New Zealand.
The agency participated in a competitive pitch which saw it come out on top of incumbent agency Mediacom.
Red Engine SCC has previously completed work for Carnival, which owns Princess Cruises, executing a national campaign in 2018 to launch the largest ship in its fleet.
Red Engine SCC founder and CEO, Julian Townley, said: “We feel very privileged to partner with Princess Cruises, one of the most recognised cruise lines in the world. Princess is at an exciting point in its journey and we look forward to helping the brand to charter new and exciting waters.”
Princess Cruises director of sales and marketing, Nick Ferguson, added: “With its strong focus on strategy, content and creativity, Red Engine SCC stood out to us as the perfect agency partner to elevate our local social and content offering. We’re really excited to partner with Red Engine SCC and see our creative strategy evolve as we launch a record season for Princess Cruises this month.”
In May, Carnival appointed Initiative as its media agency of record, covering its portfolio of brands including Princess Cruises.
Mediacom has been approached for comment.
