Reddit and NFL partner to give away free avatar collectibles
Reddit and the NFL have partnered to create collectible avatars celebrating the upcoming Super Bowl, available for free to Aussie fans.

Reddit and the NFL has announced its first-ever collectible avatars collaboration to create free avatar collectibles celebrating Super Bowl LVII, and featuring the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.
The avatars will be available to Australian users and NFL fans. Oh – and did we mention they’re free? That’s right, sports fans, F-R-E-E.
According to Seven, last year over 583,000 Australians tuned in to watch the Super Bowl.
This is the latest evolution of Reddit’s and the NFL’s long standing partnership, which commenced in 2019 and allows Reddit’s active and engaged NFL fan base – from the r/NFL community with over 3.5 million members access to exclusive NFL content on the platform.
To drive awareness and excitement around the launch, Reddit has also launched a bespoke marketing campaign, including a Times Square billboard that feels especially fitting as it’s two years on from when Reddit “crashed” the Super Bowl with its 5-second commercial that went on to win a Cannes Lion Grand Prix in 2021.
