Renewable energy company Evergen appoints Juliette Macauley as CMO

Australian renewable energy firm Evergen has appointed Juliette Macauley to the role of chief marketing and analytics officer.

Macauley has over 15 years experience in data and decision science, business analysis, business intelligence, and management accounting. She comes from the banking and financial services industry, having worked in various senior data analytics and insights roles at Commonwealth Bank and Macquarie Bank.

Evergen, a collaboration between CSIRO and AMP Capital, aims to lower the cost of energy using renewable power and intelligent technology developed and tested over several years by the government research agency.

Ben Hutt, CEO of Evergen, said: “We are pleased to welcome Juliette to Evergen especially at this very exciting and pivotal time in our growth. Juliette has a great combination of skills and experience and brings to Evergen a sound knowledge of leveraging analytics to grow the business, having established new products and businesses, developing start-up businesses, helping grow revenue and working closely with associated teams.
