Rinnai Australia creates Institute of Comfort to demonstrate hot water system

Rinnai Australia has created an ‘Institute of Comfort’ to demonstrate the benefits of its remote controlled hot water system.

Melbourne creative agency 10 Feet Tall is behind the campaign which includes seven TV ads and longer online videos to play up the advantages of Rinnai Infinity 26 Touch by showcasing it alongside generic products and drawing attention to its various attributes.

Joseph Meseha, MD at 10 feet tall said: “The institute was a vehicle for us to highlight the brand’s point of difference and make ordinary hot water facts more interesting.”

Magnus Nilsson, Marketing Director at Rinnai Australia, said: “Most people aren’t aware of any differences between hot water systems until they have to replace them. When they do, we want them to understand what makes our systems different. With awareness of differences so low we felt this campaign was important.”

The campaign kicked off on Sunday and features a series of television commercials, online executions, an Institute of Comfort microsite, social media applications, radio and below the line activity.
