Rural agency C7EVEN launches nationwide sheep worming campaign

Tamworth-based rural communications agency C7EVEN has launched an integrated marketing campaign for Tridectin, a new sheep worming treatment from Virbac Australia.

C7EVEN director Adam Arndell said the campaign which includes TV, radio, print, online and social media advertising as well as new logo and packaging design, in-store point of sale, sales materials and targeted PR strategy, will premier nationwide this weekend.

“When we were developing the creative for the campaign we were adamant we needed to emphasis the revolutionary nature of the product. This is a new class of combination drench so we needed to go big and deliver something that has never been tried before in agricultural advertising and that’s where the idea to ‘Power-up your next drench’ came from,” said Arndell.

C7EVEN worked with Sydney production house Conti Bros Films and Sydney design and VFX house Fin Design to create the futuristic TVC, which sees a boy using a VR headset to imagine the future of sheep worming.

“We are a specialist regional and rural marketing and communications agency. We understand regional and rural consumers intimately, and we deliver marketing and communications campaigns designed to captivate this audience,” Arndell added.

Virbac Australia brand manager for Tridectin, Terrance Loughlin said: “We have been working with C7EVEN at Virbac for several years now and I am continually impressed by the quality of their work. Finding a full-service communications agency that really understands the agricultural market is hard enough as it is.

“But finding an agency that produces exceptional creative ideas that communicate your product’s value proposition in the ag space is near impossible. We have found that agency in C7EVEN and are so proud of what they have delivered for Tridectin.”
