SEN to cover all the Melbourne United action with United Live

1116 SEN will again cover all the NBL action at the Melbourne United games with its upcoming season of United Live.

The announcement:

1116 SEN RETURNS TO THE COURT FOR MELBOURNE UNITED GAMES IN NBL20 SEASON

The NBL20 season opener promises to be a ripper tonight with Melbourne United hosting new-comer South-East Melbourne Phoenix in a ‘throwdown’ clash with 1116 SEN courtside covering all the action.

The upcoming season will see SEN deliver United Live – the station’s parochial call of all Melbourne United home games.

United Live returns for NBL20 having received acclaim for Best Radio Coverage at the 2019 NBL Media Awards.

The program will again be headlined by experienced commentator Jack Heverin and supported by former NBL player and coach Brendan Joyce – as well as a host of other expert commentators.

SEN parent company, Pacific Star Network part-owns the Melbourne United franchise and is committed to providing an abundance of digital, social and radio broadcast content for basketball fans across Australia.

Pacific Star Network and Crocmedia CEO, Craig Hutchison, said he was pumped for tip-off.

“Having added the likes of Melo Trimble, Shawn Long and Casey Prather to the roster in the off-season, the team is more prepared than ever for a stellar NBL20 campaign.

“Our United Live call is informative, insightful and passionate and speaks directly to an engaged weekly average audience of 36,000 fans.”

United Live will again be broadcast across SEN platforms including 1116 SEN, SEN+ and available live and crystal clear via the SEN app. Fans can hear all of the action live from Melbourne Arena tonight at 7:30pm.
