Seqwater reminds residents of south east Queensland they can’t rely on the rain in campaign from GrowthOps

GrowthOps Brisbane has created an eye-catching animated campaign to remind residents of south east Queensland that ‘Everyone and Every Drop Counts’.

The campaign for Seqwater, highlights that dam levels in south east Queensland are sinking and reinforces the fact that Australians can not rely on the rain. Easy tips to conserve water are then provided within the stylised animation.

The campaign is running in partnership with water retailers Urban Utilities, Unity Water, and the Redland, Logan and Gold Coast councils.

GrowthOps creative director, Lindsay Thompson, said in a statement: “This campaign showcases helpful water saving tips that anyone can apply each day. Most importantly, it demonstrates how people can reduce their water consumption and wastage.

“It has been an incredible privilege to help positively shape the future of one of our most precious resources, and in such a unique way.”

Seqwater corporate communications team leader, Adam Harper, said: “The delivery of this campaign is both timely and truly exciting as it has the potential to really make a difference.”

“This really represents a step change in our water saving awareness and approach to driving behaviour change.

Also commenting on the campaign was Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk: “We are reaching out to everyone in the South East to ease back on their water usage with the ‘Everyone and Every Drop Counts’ campaign.”
