Seven and Home and Away top Thursday night

Seven’s Home and Away topped entertainment on Thursday night, as Seven also had the highest audience share.

In terms of the key advertising demos, however, Ten’s double episode of The Bachelorette topped the 16 to 39 demographic with 102,000 metro viewers, Nine News topped the 18 to 49 demographic with 181,000 metro viewers as well as the 25 to 54 demographic with 226,000 metro viewers.

Seven’s Home and Away

For entertainment programs, as mentioned, Seven’s Home and Away was the most-watched with 464,000 metro viewers, followed by Seven’s The Chase Australia with 447,000 metro viewers.

In third for entertainment was Nine’s RBT with 439,000 metro viewers.

Overall, Seven News and Seven News at 6.30 came first and second with a respective 859,000 and 858,000 metro viewers.

Next was Nine News with 812,000 metro viewers, then Nine News 6.30 with 771,000 metro viewers. Nine’s A Current Affair followed with 616,000 metro viewers.

ABC News had 576,000 metro viewers, and ABC’s 7.30 had 468,000 metro viewers.

As stated, Seven had the largest network share with 29.3%, followed by Nine with 27.9%. Ten was in third with 16.5%, closely followed by ABC with 16.4%.

The top-rated multi-channel was 7Two with 4.7%.

In the latest Daily Consolidated Total TV Report for 11 November, Seven News was the #1 program nationally across linear with 1.486 million viewers including 29,000 on national BVOD and an uplift of 2%.

The program with the biggest uplift however was Wednesday’s episode of Nine’s Love Island which had a 167% uplift on overnight figures and had a total of 529,000 viewers overall and a national BVOD audience of 268,000.
